Super tevreden en echt een aanrader. Je voelt je heel erg op je gemak, kleine stapjes met heel veel aandacht liefde en hulp. Golnaz is een prachtmens, er zijn weinig hulpverleners die zo goed zijn in hun werk ,omdat ze het met passie doet. Heel veel kennisoverdracht. Ik voelde me altijd veilig en ze stond altijd voor me klaar. Ik ga haar gezelligheid missen!

Ik heb bijna een half jaar sessies gehad met Golnaz, en ze was echt zorgzaam en behulpzaam gedurende mijn hele proces! Het heeft me enorm geholpen om veel van mijn stress, angst en levenskwaliteit te verminderen. Ik ben ontzettend blij en dankbaar dat zij de nazorg na mijn therapie heeft verzorgd, ook al is het hele team geweldig. Heel erg bedankt! :)

Ik zou deze praktijk niet aanbevelen. De therapie was op zijn best middelmatig en ze bleven me na afloop van de therapie facturen sturen voor extra betalingen. Zo brachten ze me 86 euro in rekening voor "contact met de psycholoog om mijn dossier te sluiten", waar ik niet mee akkoord ging.

Dear Nikolay, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We regret to hear that you feel disappointed and that this is reflected in your review. We do find it unfortunate that this review is being posted now, as we only recently received a response regarding an outstanding invoice from late 2024. That said, we are always open to feedback and would genuinely welcome hearing what, in your view, could have been improved in the content or quality of our care. We can also understand that it may have been frustrating that in 2024 we were, for a large part of the year, still working without contracts with health insurers. During that period, we waived the statutory personal contribution where possible, so that clients could still receive the care they needed without additional financial burden. Since January 1, 2025, we are pleased to share that Metapsych has contracts with all Dutch health insurers and that we also meet the standards of the KiBG Quality Mark. We continuously strive to improve both our care and our communication. Regarding the invoice you mention: administrative closure of a treatment file, after direct contact with our psychologist(s) is part of professional and legal care obligations. We regret if this was not experienced clearly and are always willing to clarify this further in direct contact. Please, additionally see our website, which provides you all the information you need.
